WonderMedia is a company founded and led by Terry Thoren of Rugrats, The Wild Thornberrys and Rocket Power fame. Stokes-Beard Elementary was the first school in the world to embrace their technology that allows students to animate characters to produce videos just like in Hollywood. During the 2018-2019 students from across the country animated scenes for the WonderMedia Wizard of Oz movie. WonderMedia put all the scenes together to create a feature-length movie.

The Columbus premiere will be held at the Malco Theater in Columbus on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. with an additional showing at 7:00 p.m. and two showings on January 22, 2020.
